Dripping Springs, TX
Land Planning, Platting, Pad ready Construction Plans for end users.
Drainage swale was successfully re-aligned, maximizing land use, and reducing permitting time.
Referred by another client, LASCO asked Noble to bid Conceptual Land Planning, Platting, and Utility and Drainage plans against two other larger firms. The lot layout of this Commercial Subdivision project was primarily dependent upon Noble obtaining approval from the US Fish and Wildlife Services to re-align a drainage swale. Noble teamed up with an experienced Environmental firm to analyze this drainage feature, write a concise report explaining the field observed findings and got USFWS to concur with the findings. Our course to the result was significantly less expensive and different from the other firm’s proposals.
This is just another example of our experience and strong resources working for our clients.
