Berry Springs RV Park
Double the size of the RV Park capacity, prepare construction plans and process TCEQ permits for storm water and sewage.
The RV Park received TCEQ permits early and the project was on budget.
Dorsey Construction approached Noble with the request to help them expand their RV Park. Noble helped Dorsey obtain proper permits through Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) for two required permits - Water Pollution Abatement Plan (known as a WPAP) and Sewage Collection System (known as a SCS).
By creating a working relationship, Mr. Dorsey could contact us immediately with his questions. This built a trust that further progressed into doing more engineering projects for Dorsey Construction. Since this project we have worked on a third phase of the RV Park, as well as other design-built projects.
It is good working with Dorsey Construction for many reasons,
